Before & After Care
- Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning, and self-tanners for at least 1 week.
- Discontinue retinol or strong exfoliants 3–5 days prior.

- Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, krill oil, and certain herbal supplements) for at least 1 week prior—only after confirming with your prescribing physician. This helps minimize bruising and swelling.
After Treatment:
- Mild redness, swelling, or pinpoint scabbing is normal for 1–3 days.
- Keep the treated area clean and moisturized; avoid makeup for 24 hours.
- Avoid direct sun exposure and always use SPF 30+ sunscreen.
