Before Your Morpheus8 Treatment

2 Weeks Prior

• Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanner.
• Discontinue chemical peels, waxing, or laser treatments.
• Stop retinoids, glycolic/salicylic acid, and exfoliants.
• Begin using Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar for best results and faster recovery.
• If you have a history of cold sores, ask your provider about antiviral medication before treatment.

5–7 Days Prior

• Avoid blood-thinning medications/supplements (if approved by your doctor).
• Keep skin well-hydrated.

Day of Treatment

• Arrive with clean skin (no makeup, sunscreen, or lotion).
• A topical numbing agent will be applied in-office.
• Eat a light meal and hydrate before your appointment.

Aftercare Instructions

Days 1–3: Protect & Heal

• Redness, warmth, swelling, and pinpoint scabs are normal.
• Use only Belle Jeunesse recommended products:
  • Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar.
  • Epionce Renewal Calming Cream.
  • Alastin SilkSHIELD® All Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 (non-tinted).
• No makeup or tinted sunscreen for 72 hours.
• Avoid sweating, exercise, saunas, hot tubs.

Days 4–7: Hydrate & Protect

• Continue Alastin + Epionce.
• Begin Alastin HydraTint Pro Mineral SPF 36 (tinted).
• Avoid scrubs, retinoids, chemical exfoliants.

Days 7–14: Restore & Maintain

• Skin appears smoother, tighter, more radiant.
• Gradually resume skincare actives ONLY if cleared by provider.
• Continue mineral sunscreen and hydration daily.
